OpEx U – Refund Policy

1. General Policy

OpEx U provides digital training, online courses, templates, and educational materials. Because customers receive immediate access to digital content upon purchase, all sales are generally final. Unless otherwise specified on a product or course page, OpEx U does not offer refunds on digital products, courses, or downloads.

 

2. Courses & Digital Products

Refunds are not provided for:

• Online courses

• Downloadable materials

• Templates, toolkits, or guides

• Video content

• Access to the OpEx U LMS

• Training programs or membership content

 

Exceptions may apply only if a specific course or live event lists an individual refund guarantee (e.g., “7-day guarantee”). If so, that guarantee applies only to that product.

 

3. Live Workshops or Coaching

Refund policies for live sessions (virtual or in-person) are stated on the event page. Typical guidelines include:

• Cancellations more than 14 days before an event may be eligible for a credit or partial refund

• Cancellations within 14 days are not refundable

• No-shows receive no refund

 

If a live event is canceled by OpEx U, participants will receive a full refund or may request a credit toward future training.

 

4. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same program or product more than once, contact us within 7 days, and we will refund the duplicate charge.

 

5. Subscription or Membership Services

If OpEx U offers subscriptions or memberships in the future:

• Billing will occur on a recurring basis

• Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund previous months

• Refunds are not issued for partially used billing cycles

 

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund under an eligible circumstance (duplicate charge or product with a stated guarantee), email us at:

7. Unauthorized Purchases

If you suspect fraudulent or unauthorized use of your payment method, contact your payment provider immediately. OpEx U is not responsible for third-party account access or unauthorized card use.

 

8. Changes to This Policy

OpEx U may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the website.
